As we were leaving the hote in Tokyo, I took this picture from the bus because I realized that Tokyo, despite its dense population, is one of the cleanest cities I have ever visited. I heard that the fine for littering is huge! I also heard that is it bad manners to eat or drink while walking. I was surprise to see how similar the morning sweepers looked like to the Peruvian ones. They even use the same high technology broom. When we arrived to the airport, I got separated from the group. A friend and I got lost for a few minutes. We had a lot of time to wait, so there was no problem.
On the gate, I approached a young woman in Japanese and she taught me some survival sentences for my family visit. She was from Korea. She was delightful. I was still not feeling very comfortable with the group because I had not done anything with them and they were going over independent weekend memories. I had spent the whole time with Mark and Brian and I felt more like listening than talking.

The flight was good. We could see Mount Fuji at the distance. I wished I had been able to do that trip with Mark, Brian, and Fumitaka. When I looked at their pictures and heard their stories, it seemed that they had a great time.
Fumitaka took Mark and Brian on the bullet train to Mount Fuji. They also went to Osaka and Kyoto. Their pictures are wonderful.
