I could not believe it. The hotel, travel agency and JFMF Tokyo staff were outside to see us off. As we got on the bus, they checked our passports and gave us airport instructions.

The hotel staff brought to the bus things that people were leaving in their rooms. They wanted to make sure they were meant to be left behind. What service!
