Scenes Around Tokyo: Vending Machines

The last day in Tokyo, I discovered soups for $3.00, the cheapest meal in this city. A person has to get the ticket from a vending machine and the chef prepares the soup as you order it. It was one of the most delicious meals I had that day.

I also loved their hot tea from vending machines. I do not like their green tea. It is too strong and leaves a funny after taste in my palate. I guess it is an acquire taste.

Hot and cold drinks could be purchased as you walked, but I did not see a single Japanese person eating and walking. They recycle everything. They also keep their streets free of trash.
